Because agricultural production is heavily dependent on soil chemistry variations, unpredictable microclimates, pest pressures, and individual human execution, the Firm offers zero guarantees regarding crop success, commercial profitability, or business outcomes. You hold us entirely harmless against any crop failures, operational losses, or business bankruptcies.
